Chabad House

Chabad serving NYU is a 2 story commercial space totaling approx 5000 sq.ft. that serves as a student hub center for Chabad and NYU students.

The original space was a raw concrete shell. The scope of work was to develop the space for the organization and be the construction manager for the group. Our team hired the architect, interior designer, engineers, construction management, and value engineering services.

The space is a state of the art facility which took into account, the original beams and limitations of the core and shell. Our team used those elements to create a sanctuary space, library, meeting rooms, administrative offices, communal space for meetings, convocations and seminars and full state of the art commercial kitchen.

Included in above was all the mill work, custom wood doors, bookcases, administrative desks and cabinets, all custom made for the space.
