1296 Sheridan Avenue

A totally gutted and rebuilt rehabilitation project in conjunction with NYC Housing Preservation under the Preservation Participation Loan Program. The project replaced all systems, kitchens and bathrooms, as well as 100% beam replacement, flooring, sheetrock, and concrete work.
